What you're buying

When you buy a POLOPRESETS plugin, you get a license to install and use it. You don't buy the plugin itself; POLOPRESETS keeps ownership of the software, its design and its presets.

What you can do

• Use the plugin on your own computers to make music.
• Release, sell and stream music you make with it. You don't owe us anything and you don't need to credit us (shout-outs appreciated).

What you can't do

• Share, upload, resell or give away the plugin files, installers or download links.
• Crack, modify, reverse-engineer or repackage the plugin.
• Claim the plugin or its presets as your own.

Downloads and updates

Your download link works for a limited time and is tied to your order. You can re-download anytime from My Plugins by logging in with the email you bought with. Updates for the same version line are free.

Requirements

POLOPRESETS plugins are VST3 for Windows 64-bit. Check each product page before buying. It's on you to make sure your computer and DAW are supported.

No warranty

The plugins are provided "as is". We work hard to make them stable, but we can't promise they'll work perfectly on every setup. To the extent the law allows, POLOPRESETS isn't liable for lost work, crashes or other damages from using the plugins. Save your sessions.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Launch prices can change at any time, but that never affects what you already paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
