Refund Policy

The short version

Plugins are digital downloads you keep instantly, so sales are final. But if something's wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

When you get a refund

• Charged twice: you bought the same plugin twice by mistake.
• It won't work and we can't fix it: the plugin won't install or load on a supported setup (VST3, Windows 64-bit), and we can't get it working with you within 7 days.
• Missing or broken files: and we can't send you a working copy.

When you don't

• You changed your mind or didn't like the sound. Listen to the before/after demos before you buy.
• Your setup isn't supported (for example a Mac, or a DAW that can't load VST3).

How to ask

Within 14 days of buying, hit us in the Discord or reply to your receipt email with your order email and what's going on. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and your license for that plugin ends.
